Café Caron, the signature blend of the House, is a composition of 4 Grand Cru Arabicas. Grown at altitude on exceptional terroirs, the coffees that compose it are selectively handpicked and then sorted by hand to retain only the finest cherries.
The “monk’s robe” roast profile of Café Caron allows freshly roasted beans to develop extraordinary aromatic complexity.
In the cup, slightly tangy notes reveal aromas of brioche, caramel, and chocolate.
A selection coffee, ground and in capsules
Our coffee is roasted, then ground and packaged in capsules. Packed under a protective atmosphere.
These capsules are designed for Nespresso®, Essenza®, Pixie®, U®, Maestria®, Citiz® and Inissia®* systems.

Caron coffee is characterized by the excellence of its origins, sourced from all over the world, giving it character, roundness, and a long finish on the palate.
Continuing the family tradition, I select from plantations the finest origin beans that make up my coffees.
A true craftsmanship, the traditional roasting method used by Brûlerie Caron is a slow roasting process through which all the aromas of my coffees are developed.
